om The invention relates to textile manufacture and is intended for use on shuttleless looms for laying a weft yarn with its transfer from one rapier to another. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the breakage of the weft yarn by preventing the tongue from moving in the rapier hook. FIG. 1 shows a portion of a weaving loom for a rapier; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; 3 and 5 of the rapier, top view; in fig. 4 - the same, bottom view; in fig. 6 shows section A-A in FIG. five; in fig. 7 shows section B-B in FIG. 3; in fig. Figures 8 and 9 are geometrical closure guides, variants. The rapier 1 is fixed on the tape 2 of the actuator 3 of the rapier mounted on the machine frame 4. In the case 5 of the rapier 1 between its side walls 6 and 7 there is a clamping tab 8. It is partially protected by a cover 9, fixed with fastening bolts 10 and 11 in the case 5. The weft thread 12 is held between the clamping hook 13 and the tip 14 of the clamping tab 8 during weft laying. For tempering the weft yarn 12 serves as a lever 15, one end 16 of which interacts with an emphasis 17 mounted on the machine body 4, and the other through a hinge 18 is connected to a clamping tongue 8 and pressed by a spring 19. Between the wall 7 of the housing 5 and the tongue 8 on the trunnion 20 installed plate spring 21. In the clamping hook 13 there is a gasket 22. The toe 14 of the clamping tab 8 inside the clamping hook 13 is shown in the position when the stop 17 does not act on the end 16 of the lever 15. On the opposite side of the clamping edge 23 of the toe 14, the clamping tongue 8 has a groove 24 in which there is a protrusion 25 of the gasket 22. The gap between the groove 24 and the protrusion 25 in the horizontal direction, as shown in FIG. 7, is chosen as narrow as possible so that relative movements between the toe 14 of the clamping tongue 8 and the gasket 22 do not occur in this direction five 0 five 0 five 0 five 0 five . The protrusion 25 and the groove 24 together form a guide with a geometric closure for the toe 14 of the clamp tongue 8 in the clamp hook 13. The toe 14 of the clamp tab 8 rests on the side of the gasket 22. The compression force from the spring 1U is perceived, therefore, by the clamping edge 23 and the side side of the gasket 22. The weft thread 12 is held between the toe 14 of the clamping tab 8 and the gasket 22 on the clamping edge 23. The end of the weft thread 10 through the gap between the clamping plate 26 and the gasket 22 (Fig. 7) turns downwards, causing it to zhivaets more securely than would be the case without the clamping plate 26. The clamping plate 26 is mounted on the clamping tabs 8. Claims (2) [1] Claim 1.
